Tine Mounted Fork Truck Jib Attachments

This Deluxe Model of Fork Mounted Extender Jib is fitted with a hydraulic cylinder to enable the telescopic inner beam to be positioned with ease without the need for the forklift operator to leave his seat. The inner beam can also be positioned infinitely between 2000mm - 3000mm. Lifting points under the fix section of the beam run from 1000mm to 1750mm at 250mm increments. This Jib is provided with two hooks and shackles thus allowing long loads to be slung at greater centres presenting superior stability of the load. This jib requires 1 double acting hydraulic service on the fork lift truck. Crane Jib also supplied without hoses.

This heavy duty range of jib has been designed to suit the larger range of forklift trucks. High capacity hook and shackle allow the handling of large un-palletised loads. The hook position starts at 1250mm on the 5.5 & 6.5 models and 1500mm on the 7.4 & 9.2 models and continue at 250mm increments till the last hole. (Please note due to the design of this jib the hook is slung below the forks).

This Mini Extender Jib Retains all the functionality of the Fork Mounted Extender Jib Except the reach has been shortened. This allows manoeuvrability in confined spaces while still retaining a long extended reach. This Jib is provided with two hooks and shackles thus allowing long loads to be slung at greater centres presenting superior stability of the load.

This fork mounted extender jib has all the features of the standard fork mounted jib but has the added functionality of a telescopic inner beam that allows for longer loads to be handled. The increased reach also allows loads to be lifted from otherwise inaccessible locations. This Jib is provided with two swivel hooks and shackles thus allowing long loads to be slung at greater centres presenting superior stability of the load.

This Articulating Jib has been specially designed to handle loads at varying heights. The telescopic inner beam has a reach of 2500mm Closed and 3000mm Extended. The special Frame assembly allows the beam to be angled to a maximum of 45 degrees at 15mm increments. This attachment is ideal for use on building sites lifting roof trusses.

This is a fixed length crane jib which mounts onto the forks of any truck. The ideal attachment for lifting and conveying loads which are not suitable for, or do not require palletising. Supplied C/W hook and shackle which can be moved to any suitable lifting position.

Low Liner Jibs are ideal for handling un-palletised long loads such as scaffolding poles & bundles of wood. Mounting the beam in between the fork pockets lowers the weight and cost of the jib as well as giving it the added functionality of being low profile and therefore allowing access to confined areas. Models are available to suit trucks up to 5000Kg capacity. Fork pockets allow easy fitment to the forklift forks. Heel fixing retention gives positive locking onto the fork blades.
