Our Wide range of Crosby AS1 Jaw / Hook Angular Contact Bearing Swivels are available with WLL capacity from 450kg up to 35 tonnes and wire Rope Sizes: 1/8" to 1-1/2" (3 - 38mm). The Angular contact bearings maximize efficiency, reliability and service life of swivel and extend the life of the wire rope. They are designed for high rotation speed with lower torque required to initiate rotation. Individually Proof Tested to 2 times the Working Load Limit with certification. They are designed with a safety factor of 5:1 and are available in sizes from 3/4 tons to 25 tons (0.68 tonnes to 22.5 tonnes). They are available for wire lines 1/4" to 2" (6mm to 32mm). Tested to twice the safe working load with certification. Zinc plated for corrosion resistance and longer life. Manufactured with grease fittings for superior performance. Designed for low starting torque and high rotation speed.
