Stainless Steel Lifting Eyebolts and Lifting Eyenuts

Stainless steel lifting eyebolts are used where there is a risk of corrosion. Often used for industrial applications outdoors or offshore applications such as the oil and gas sector or wind energy sector. We offer different types of stainless steel eyebolts including metric and imperial threaded eye bolts and weld-on eye bolts up to 23 tonne safe working load. Some are designed as stainless steel lashing points though are also certified for lifting; also stainless steel swivel eye bolts with link that will automatically adjust to the direction of the load.

1.  Top Quality Made in the UK, High Tensile 316 Stainless Steel Collard Eye Bolt Generally to the Same Pattern as BS4278 with Course Pitch M8 to M10.

The RUD Pentagonal design is clearly distinctive when compared to the DIN 580 eye bolt. All Eyebolts are marked with a clear WLL indication for the most unfavourable load direction. 3.  RUD LBG Stainless Steel Bolt-on Swivel Load Rings.

These stainless steel swivel hoisting rings can rotate through 360 degree in the main body and 180 degree on the link, automatically adjusting to the adjusted to the direction of the lift. Manufactured by Rud of Germany the lifting ring and the load ring can be tilted and will give 100% WLL in all load directions. Thee bolt supplied with the stainless LBG is captivated s that it becomes a part of the lifting assembly and is 100% crack detected.

4.  Crosby Stainless Steel Swivel Hoist Ring.

On our Crosby SS-125 and SS-125M Stainless Steel Swivel Hoist Rings, all the components are 316 stainless steel, except bolt retainers, which are made from 15-7 PH (UNS 15700) magnetic stainless steel. They are available in capacities from 400 lbs. to 25,000 lbs.(200kg to 22.3 tonne) and most importantly they are rated at 100% at 90 degree angle. Each product has a product identification code (PIC) for material traceability, along with the Working Load Limit and the name Crosby or "CG" stamped into it. Individually proof tested to 2 times the Working Load Limit with certification. Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1-1/2 times the Working Load Limit. Washer is colour coded for easy identification (Red - UNC thread).

5.  Stainless Steel Weld-On Load Ring.

A stainless steel load ring for welding made of the material 1.4571 (stainless steel). In it's welded condition this is resistant against inter-crystalline corrosion, when being used in permanent operation, up to 400°C.

The chemical resistance and resistance against pitting by chloride media has been increased due to the Mo contents, and for this reason, the material 1.4571 is widely used in the chemical industry, petroleum, coal-tar chemistry and textile industries.
