Ridgegear Work Positioning Lanyards (Pole Straps)

The RPG3 economy is a pole strap / work positioning device, designed to be clipped to the side dees of a harness or work positioning belt. The adjuster is easy to use "one handed" either under tension or not. The 45mm webbing, is protected by a wide pad in the work area, to offer some protection against abrasion and extend the life of the product. The 1.4 metre length of the RGP3 allows the user enough freedom of movement, without being exposed to a fall.

The RGP2 is a pole strap/work positioning device, designed to be clipped to the side D's of a harness or work positioning belt. The stainless steel easy slide adjuster is easy to use one handed either under tension or not, leaving the other hand free to hold on. Available in a 1.4m length.

The RGP1 is a pole strap / work-positioning device, designed to be clipped to the side Dee's of a harness or work-positioning belt. The adjuster is easy to use "one handed" either under tension or not. The 16mm hard lay rope is additionally protected by a cordura sleeve in the work area, to offer some protection against abrasion and extend the life of the product. The 2m length of the RGP1 allows the user enough freedom of movement, without being exposed to a fall.

Specially designed controlled release adjuster buckle to ensure safe operation and adjustment. Double layer abrasion pad protects the strap from damage. Karabiner connected to nylon thimble for ease of operation. Velcro pad sewn to abrasion pad loop to allow for temporary attachment of pole strap to harness during climbing. Velcro strap. sewn to hand hold provides a safe means of retaining loose end. Additional label sewn inside a pocket to allow for entering user details. Twisted snap hook and 2 part triangle/karabiner ensures flat surface contact with pole. 40mm sliding loop keeps the straps level and reduces the risk of premature webbing wear through the buckle. Available with different hook/karabiner options as required. Fully approved, trialled and used extensively by major utility company.  

The RGP4 is a multi purpose work positioning device, designed to be clipped to the side D's of a harness, work positioning belt or be used independently. Can be supplied in a variety of lengths.
