Protecta Fall Arrest and Rescue Points

Corrosion resistant made from stainless steel this is an anchorage eye made from stainless steel and is used for personal fall arrest systems (single person) or for restraint/rescue.

The anchorage point for connection to a suitable and strong enough support structure to create a fall arrest anchorage point, restraint anchorage point or for performing a rescue of a casualty having fallen when working at height. This is a permanent anchorage point on a structure with minimum structure strength of 10kN.

The Fall Arrest anchor is rated for two users in two directions, allowing a rescuer to be able to anchor in complete safety. The connection of either a lanyard or horizontal temporary lifeline will enable the worker to be connected in either fall restraint or fall arrest. Equipped with a fall indicator for an easy visual inspection with a 22kN rated anchorage point.

This anchorage point is designed to be fitted into a pre-drilled hole on an existing steel structure to provide an anchorage point. It can then be removed after use and used elsewhere. Complies with standards: CE0086, EN795 Class B, 0082/037/160/09/96/0200.
