Mobile Steps

This is a high quality range of mobile steps; featuring all welded construction, 25mm 16 swg tubular food grade 304 stainless steel. This ensures the ultimate in-built strength, remaining corrosion-resistant at the same time. The product's stainless steel treads are covered in a Safety Walk resilient Antislip surface, which is hard wearing, and crucially is oil, water and chemical resistant.

These steps are constructed from tubular food grade 304 Stainless Steel and are ideal for use in canteens, kitchens, hospitals etc. They have grey non-marking rubber wheels at the front to enable the steps to be tilted forwards and easily wheeled into position. The treads are covered in a Safety Walk resilient Anti-Slip surface. The units are designed in such a way that they require virtually no maintenance.

This range of mobile steps is of tubular steel construction, the steps are lightweight and easy to manoeuvre thanks to the wheels fitted at the front. The steps are moved by tilting forwards on to their wheels, allowing the user to easily push them to the required location. This makes them ideal for use in offices, shops, warehouses and other professional environments.

These steps are similar in design to the standard tilt and pull mobile steps in our range, but this model is manufactured and approved to European GS Standard. These steps are constructed from tubular steel and feature non-slip, non-marking rubber feet and grey non-marking 75 mm rubber tyred wheels. This means they are suitable for use in many environments. The steps require virtually no maintenance owing to their design, and can be tilted forwards and wheeled easily into position by the user.

These steps are available in two versions - as a standard step or the GS version which is manufactured and approved to the European GS Standard. The steps are suitable for many applications and make any task more manageable as the steps feature a working platform. The treads are all fitted with non-slip injection moulded treads to increase user stability. These steps glide easily and effortlessly across floors, as they are mounted on spring loaded castors. Safety and stability is ensured because once body weight is applied they stay firmly in position.

These steps are safe and strong. Durability is increased owing to the epoxy powder coating of the steps. The 3 to 5 step models feature a large working platform and non-slip injection moulded tread. The feet have inset castors which are sprung loaded, this gives greater mobility, but the unit grips firmly to the floor when body weight is applied as the castors retract. The 2 step model is available with or without post.

The tubular steel frame ensures the strength of the unit, and the extra wide treads are covered in non-slip ribbed rubber treads.

This range of strongly constructed tubular steel steps is designed to give maximum safety to the user. it is designed with a "frame within a frame" system to offer the user the maximum stability and confidence. Available as a standard version or a GS version which is manufactured and approved to the European GS Standard. The retractable step unit with rubber covered, non-slip treads acts as a safety brake when in use. When the operator steps onto the treads the complete inner frame lowers, resting all four feet firmly on the floor for maximum stability.

This product features a unique six wheel design which enables the step to turn almost completely within its own length, and is available with a choice of Easy Slope 48 degree or Standard Slope 54 degree incline. These units are EN131 compliant have a 150kg capacity, and they come complete with a plastic tool tray. This makes them ideal for use on professional applications. The serrated treads and platform help give this aluminium platform an anti-slip work surface, increasing user confidence and safety. For compact storage and transportation the tool tray and legs fold away.

Approved to European GS standard, these work platforms are highly flexible because the platform height is adjustable to the users requirements; and multiple platforms can be used alongside one another to create a large working area. Turning the threaded feet adjusts the height of the table.

Mild steel angle construction, easily adjustable in height by turning the threaded feet. Available with either a galvanised 50 x 38mm mesh grid or a solid ribbed rubber platform. The rubber is set on top of 18mm plywood. Units can be placed alongside each other to provide a large working area. Frame Finish: Epoxy powder coated grey.

Constructed from box section steel tube and rolled steel angle, these static heavy duty steps have expanded steel treads and platform. Handrails are constructed from tubular steel. We recommend that the units are bolted to the floor. Please note that these steps can be specially manufactured to meet individual customer requirements, with different heights and widths available.
