Manual Platelifter Magnets

This lightweight handmagnet, weighing merely 1.5 kg, is designed to pick up and transport thin plate or metal sheet. The pivoting handle allows to transport plates in both horizontal and vertical position and serves also to quickly release the magnet from the workpiece. Thanks to powerful ceramic magnets it achieves a stunning break-away force of 120 daN. The maximum holding capacity of plates in vertical position is 35 kg. The close pole magnetic system allows to pick up single thin, 1 mm and up, metal sheets from the pile.

This handy lifting tool provides lift of thin sheet of metal enabling easy one by one seperation of a singular sheet from a pile. Sets of straps can be ordered separately. It features a lightweight metal body and two straps for positive location. 

The Wrist Magnet requires good surface conditions to achieve maximum lifting capacity. This tool is ideal for in-plant sheet metal handling at shears and presses.

They are also suitable for lifting plates from racks, pulling sheets out of shelving and transporting almost any steel plates that are magnetic. They are capable of carrying plates with a thickness of 1mm to 5mm and are used by simply placing the claw on the material.
