Crosby Forged Alloy Master Links.

Crosby A342 Forged Alloy Master Links are made from alloy Steel Quenched and Tempered, they are Individually proof tested to values shown, with CE certification. They are proof load tested with fixture sized to prevent localized point loading per ASTM A952. Many options for different sizes and working load limits from 3.4 tonne to 179 tonnes at a factor of safety 5:1. Proof test certification is sent with each Master link.  Sizes from 1/2" to 2" are drop forged and have a Product Identification Code (PIC) for material traceability, along with the size and the name Crosby and USA in raised lettering.

Crosby A347 Welded Master Link Assembly.

The Crosby A347 Welded Master Link Assembly is made from alloy steel - quenched and tempered. Individually Proof load Tested. The A347 is otherwise referred to as a Quad assembly and is used in the construction of lifting chain slings. Each link has a Product Identification Code (PIC) for material traceability, along with the size and the name Crosby® or "CG". Large inside width and length to allow additional room for sling hardware and crane hook. Engineered Flat for use with S-1325A coupler link

Welded Master Link Assemblies with engineered flat. Here we offer our range of Crosby A344 Welded Master rings, all made from alloy steel - quenched and tempered with a design factor of safety (FOS) of 4:1 for chain and 5:1 for wire rope. Each A344 is individually proof tested to x2  the Working Load Limit (4:1), unless otherwise noted, with certification. Proof tested with fixture sized to prevent localized point loading per ASTM A952. Larger inside width and length for use with thimble. Each link has a Product Identification Code (PIC) for material traceability, along with the size and the name Crosby & U.S.A. Engineered Flat for use with S-1325A coupler link.
Crosby Cold-Tuff Master Links.

The Crosby A342CT Cold-Tuff Master Links are manufactured from alloy Steel, quenched and tempered. A master link is commonly used as the top anchorage/connector on a chain sling though they are also used a stand-alone lifting connector. They are individually proof tested at 2 times Working Load Limit with certification. The finish is inorganic zinc primer. Individually serialized and all certification shipped with each link. COLD TUFF master links are suitable for use at -50 F.

Crosby Cold-Tuff Master Link Assembly.

The Crosby A342CT Cold-Tuff Master Link Assembly is also known as a quad assembly (effectively a master rings with 2x sub masters) made from alloy steel and are quenched and tempered with all A345CT's supplied individually proof tested at 2 times the WLL, CE certified.   Finish is inorganic zinc primer. COLD TUFF master links are suitable for use at - 50 F.

Forged Alloy Master Link Assembly. The Crosby A-345 Forged Alloy Master Link Assembly is made from Alloy Steel and is supplied by Crosby quenched and Tempered. The A345 is also known as a Quad Assembly and is commonly used as the top anchorage point in a chain lifting sling. Each Quad assay is Individually proof tested to twice the WLL and duly certified.
Crosby Master link assembly.

We offer here our range of Crosby A1345N Master Link Assemblies. Otherwise better known in the UK as a quad assembly, they are made from alloy steel and are quenched and tempered. Each individually A1342N quad assembly is proof tested and supplied certified. Proof tested with fixture sized to prevent localized point loading per ASTM A952. Proof test certification shipped with each link.  All sizes are drop forged. "Look for the platinum colour - Crosby Grade 100 Alloy Products."

Crosby Weldless Sling Links.

The Crosby G341 (galvanised) pear shaped load link and the S341 (self-colour) weld-less sling links are forged carbon steel (Quenched and tempered), supplied self-coloured or hot dip galvanized in capacities from 82kg to 9300kg.

Crosby A341 Alloy Pear Shaped Links.

Crosby A341 Alloy Pear Shaped Links are made from alloy steel and are quenched and tempered. Each A341 pear shaped load link is load tested and certified accordingly. (Sizes 1 /2", 5 /8", 3 /4", and 1" are drop forged) We offer is a good selection of sizes and with WLL of 3.15 tonne to 169 tonnes capacity.

Crosby Weldless Rings. Our range of Crosby S643 Weld-less Rings are supplied self-coloured (Painted, not galvanised) and are made from forged carbon steel - quenched and tempered. The S632 weld-less rings meet the performance requirements of federal specification RRC-271D Type VI. Working load limits are from 3.27 tonne to 8.62 tonne capacities.
Crosby Weldless End Links. We offer our range of Crosby G340 (galvanised) and S340 (self-coloured) weld-less end links made from forged carbon steel - quenched and tempered. The G-340 from 5/8" to 7/8" meet the performance requirements of Federal Specification RRC-271D, Type XV.
