1.  Crosby Trench Cover Hoist Rings.

Our Crosby HR500 Trench Cover Hoist Rings are designed to simplify the lifting and placement of steel plates used to cover trenches in streets. They provide a standard fitting to be used in place of products not designed for trench cover applications with capacities of 5,000, 10,000 & 15,000 lbs (2270kg, 4540kg and 6820kg) for plate thicknesses of 3/4" to 1-1/2". Detailed welding instructions included with every hoist ring. Forged bail provides: Easily readable "Raised Lettering" showing the name Crosby or "CG" and PIC code for material traceability; 180 degree pivot and 360 degree rotation at full capacity. Design Factor of 5 to 1. Individually Proof Tested to 2-1/2 times Working Load Limit.

3.  Crosby HR1200 Side Pull Hoist Rings.

The Wide range of Crosby HR1200 Side Pull Hoist Rings are available in capacities of 650lbs to 29,000lbs In UNC threads 0.3 tonnes to 13 tonnes as a metric thread option. All body components on these swivel hoisting rings are alloy steel and are quenched and tempered. The unique design uses a lifting shackle on to the load to be lifted. Rated at 100% of Working Load Limit for angles up to 90 degrees. Each product is stamped with a product identification code (PIC), for material traceability, along with a Working Load Limit, and the name Crosby or "CG". Hoist Ring body is furnished with yellow chromate finish for improved corrosion resistance. Utilize standard Crosby red pin shackles to connect to wire rope or synthetic slings (sold separately). Multiple bolt lengths available to meet specific application requirements.    Individually Proof Tested to 2 - 1/2 times Working Load Limit.

4.  Crosby Hoist Ring to Webbing.

We offer for sale Crosby HR125W swivel Hoist Ring designed to be connected to Webbing / web slings, otherwise known as polyester or synthetic lifting slings. We offer Crosby HR125W with capacities from 6,200 to 12,400 lbs.(2.8 to 5.6 tonne WLL) and they will fit webbing sizes 2" to 4" (50mm to 100mm) The net result is that we can offer a swivel hoist ring that will connect directly to a polyester sling without the need for a shackle; almost becoming a single piece of lifting equipment. Made from forged alloy steel. Durable plastic cover protects the sling at the eye as well as keeps the sling positioned correctly on the spool. Design Factor of 5 to 1. Individually Proof Tested to 2-1/2 times the Working Load Limit. Designed for use with Type III (Eye & Eye), class 7, 2 ply webbing & Synthetic round slings. Also accommodates single ply endless slings.

5.  Crosby Hoist Ring To Chain.

Our comprehensive range of Crosby HR125C Hoist Rings are designed with an integrated chain connector to be connected to lifting chain making this option of swivel hoist ring very versatile and are options for rings with capacities from 2 to 8.2 tonnes WLL. The chain grab is designed to fit Grade 8 Chain size 7, 8, 10, 13 and 16mm and the body of the swivel hoist ring is made from forged Alloy Steel with a design factor of safety at ratio  4:1. Individually Proof Tested to 2-1/2 times Working Load Limit. "Yellow Chromate" finish for increased corrosion protection. Full 360 degrees swivel and 180 degrees pivot action.

6.  Crosby Stainless Steel Swivel Hoist Ring.

On our Crosby SS-125 and SS-125M Stainless Steel Swivel Hoist Rings, all the components are 316 stainless steel, except bolt retainers, which are made from 15-7 PH (UNS 15700) magnetic stainless steel. They are available in capacities from 400 lbs. to 25,000 lbs.(200kg to 22.3 tonne) and most importantly they are rated at 100% at 90 degree angle. Each product has a product identification code (PIC) for material traceability, along with the Working Load Limit and the name Crosby or "CG" stamped into it. Individually proof tested to 2 times the Working Load Limit with certification. Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1-1/2 times the Working Load Limit. Washer is colour coded for easy identification (Red - UNC thread).

7.  Heavy Lift Swivel Hoist Rings.

Our Crosby HR1000 Heavy Lift Swivel Hoist Rings have a forged bail that provides easily readable "Raised Lettering" showing the name Crosby or "CG" and PIC Code for material traceability. They have greater durability providing the increased "Toughness" desired in potentially abusive field conditions and a larger opening than standard Hoist Ring bail. The top washer is colour coded for easy identification. The Working Load Limit (WLL) and Recommendation Torque value are permanently stamped into each washer. Individually proof tested to 2-1/2 times Working Load Limit. BOLT SIZE IDENTIFICATION: The size of the bolt will be stated as in the drawing below.

8.  Crosby UNC and Metric Thread Swivel Hoisting Ring.

All of our Crosby HR-125 Load Rings are available in UNC and Metric thread sizes with all components made from Alloy Steel which has been Quenched and Tempered. UNC threads available in sizes from 800 pounds to 100,000 pounds Working Load Limit. Metric threads are available in sizes from 400 kg to 16,900 kg and dual rated in both a 4 to 1 and 5 to 1 design factor. The Hoist Rings can Swivel through 360 degrees and pivot 180 degrees, and they come in multiple bolt lengths to meet your specific requirements.
