Bux Battery Operated electropermanent Lifting Magnets

These models contain a powered 12V battery which gives at least 8 hours of operation. They are hand-held, but the infrared remote allows the operator to control the lifting magnet from up to 4.5 metres away. A bail sensor prevents magnet de-energization while the load is being lifted and, for additional safety dual push buttons must be pressed simultaneously for load release.  Visual and audible alarms signify when battery is running low of charge and the magnet will not turn on if the charge is not sufficient to lift a load.

The BUX BPS series incorporates two models: BPS 25-C and BPS 50-C with rated lift capacities up to 2200 kg for flat material and rounds.
These models have a powerful electro magnet whose field is controlled by the "ON-OFF" position of the button on the controller. Remote control station is optional. Two V-shaped poles allow for handling of plates and other flat materials as well as rounds, like bars and tubes.
The BPS models are so-called bi-polar magnets and have V-shaped pole shoes for lifting a wide variety of structural shapes, angles and round materials like bars and pipes. The Bi-Polar configuration can also lift plate, forgings and castings.
